Can a cancer diagnosis and treatment cause trauma in patients and caregivers? Two highly skilled clinical psychologists, Dr. Abby Patterson and Dr. Mary Danielak, are excited to discuss this issue for CanCare Atlanta. They will cover the broad range of experiences that result in post-traumatic stress, the criteria of the diagnosis and related diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care tips. They will also answer questions from the audience.
